Can just recommend for a rapid stop

Comfortable room, offering essential amenities like free parking and wi-fi. The proximity to the airport also contributed to an efficient morning departure.

Everything was flawless.

I came here with my children. There were spotless & newly decorated rooms with a fan, 2 TV, for example.

The hotel was ABSOLUTELY GREAT, the staff were affable. The unit we got was newly decorated and great-sized with 2 TV, a fan and extra real coffee. The location was perfect and good, very close to everything we wanted to do!

All fine, but breakfast over by 9am.

The room was quiet other than the train we kept hearing during the night. When front desk was called about us having no pillowcases someone brought some right away.

When we got to our room there were not pillow cases on the pillows and me and my oldest child ended up with bedbug bites all over.

There were several things not to like. First of all, the high speed internet did not work unless you went into the lobby and did not offer a land line. Secondly, the swimming pool turned green on our second day, the hot tub stayed green, however, the staff said it was fine to swim in. After it was cleaned the following day it remained cloudy. The water was backwards (hot was cold/cold was hot), the hallways were very warm and had a very musty smell, the breakfast left a lot to be desired and included nothing besides bread type items and powdered egg patties. It was a very loud place. The train ran every 30 minutes and the interstate noise was constant. There are also no elevators. Major pain in the butt if you've got luggage.

The staff was friendly and accommodating .

Unfortunately, the shower in my room lacked a curtain, leaving the bathroom drenched after each use. When I called to report it, there was confusion over my request, and no one came to address the issue. I noticed a persistent musty odor in the room.

I really enjoyed staying at Quality Inn in San Antonio. The outdoor pool looked great and served as a relaxing spot after our visits to local sites. The staff impressed me with their prompt service when I accidentally left my jacket behind. They made sure it got sent back to me without any hassle. The room was spacious and relatively clean, providing enough room for the whole family to be comfortable. There were some issues that needed attention. The air conditioning unit was leaking, made the floor slippery. The smoke detector beeped occasionally, distracting. The breakfast left a bit to be desired. It lacked variety and wasn't well-presented, primarily consisting of just a few basic items. This hotel location is convenient, close to dining and shopping, but the need for more thorough housekeeping and attention to maintenance can't be ignored.

We stayed in a king suite. We have our teenage son with us and being able to close the french door in between the rooms was nice. I was able to peak in on him...

I paid $139 per night, next door is the Travelodge advertising rooms for $39.99.

Females desk clerks, on the night that I arrived, were very friendly and helpful.

Musty smelling in halls and room. Rude male desk clerk when I checked out. I did not stay a 2nd night because of this front desk clerk. I'm sure his attitude will cost this motel many more customers. Security door to the building was also broken.

Everything met the criteria, I would come there again. Had a such great stay for 2 nights. The location was great and perfect for exploring this nice enough area, not far from downtown San Antonio, anything within walking distance and the airport. East San Antonio district was worth staying in.
